San Romwell is a character appearing in Season 2 of Killjoys. He is portrayed by actor Keon Alexander.
Biography[]
San Romwell is a collector of rare items from around the galaxy. While there are no warrants for him in the Quad, there are 337 outstanding warrants for him for stolen goods throughout the J. He travels the galaxy in an asteroid ship looking for items and their stories for his vast collection.
San was indentified by Pree as possibly being a source for a sample of the green plasma. Dutch, Johnny, and D'avin tracked him down to trade for the plasma.[1]
San told Dutch he had gotten the Green Plasma from visitors to his home planet. The visitors arrived in a ship unlike anything I'd ever seen before. It was organic, almost like they'd grown it instead of built it. The green plasma was used to run their ship. But the visitors had come to conquer his world. His father was a Lord, so they took San and tortured him for information about his planet's defenses. Afterward he made it to an outlaw hospital ship where they healed him with nanites, but the nanites worked a too well and have been working for centuries. He is 432 years old and unable to die.
He also told Dutch that he had heard rumors over the centuries that the invaders that came to his home world are making their way across the galaxy, possibly toward the Quad.
