Biography[]
Techie 3 is a technician at the Red 17 facility on Arkyn. He performs and monitors the processes used to inject Green Plasma into candidates for the Level 6 Program. When Khlyen was captured, the tech put him in a Cryopod for delivery to The Lady. Fancy Lee killed the tech in order to rescue and escape from Arkyn with Khlyen.[1]
