Stress Response Syndrome (SRS) is a mental disorder that can develop after a person is exposed to a traumatic event, such as warfare or other threats on a person's life. Diagnosis is based on the presence of specific symptoms following a traumatic event. The main treatments for people with SRS are counselling and medication, such as Copazenol.[1] Soldiers sometimes refer to it as "battle brain".[2]
D'avin Jaqobis was diagnosed with SRS by Pawter Simms[3] however the symptoms he exhibited, including nightmarish flashbacks, were actually the result of an experimental program conducted by Dr. Pim Jaegar that used memory alteration techniques to control the behavior of soldiers and turn them into a weapon against their fellow soldiers.[4]
